We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer - Underwriting

In this role, you will be responsible to work on new business submission to validate availability of minimum required information in the document and segment the same to correct underwriting department with proper platform setup

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP

\xc2\xb7 Prioritize transactions according to documented guidelines to meet SLA

\xc2\xb7 Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives

\xc2\xb7 Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems.

\xc2\xb7 Assist with/perform other team tasks as required.

\xc2\xb7 Accurately maintain and record data for production

\xc2\xb7 Understand and apply LM\xe2\x80\x99s Core Competencies.

\xc2\xb7 Interact with Onshore /Offshore and customer in a respectful and professional manner via email and on calls if required

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Any graduate (except technical, BE and LLB)

Essential skills:

\xc2\xb7 Good analytical and problem solving skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses

\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change

\xc2\xb7 BPO or Captive work experience.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to facilitate and own resolution of discrepancies and disputes.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle multiple priorities within strict time constraints.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to independently research, analyze, and recommend solutions to close open items and discrepancies.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to successfully interact in a challenging and high-risk collection environment with demanding internal and external customers.

Technical skills:

\xc2\xb7 Excellent command and Excel tools from day to day operations delivery standpoint

\xc2\xb7 Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word

\xc2\xb7 Good typing skill with high accuracy.

Type of Experience (Not mandate)

\xc2\xb7 Property and casualty insurance (UA or underwriting assistant)

\xc2\xb7 BPO work experience with another Genpact global client is a preference.
