Role Overview:

As a LABs team member you will support our US-based home health process. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing lab-related workflows for home healthcare patients by coordinating lab orders, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely documentation. This position is ideal for candidates with a paramedical background, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work night shifts to align with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Review History & Physical (H&P) documents to identify required lab orders. Maintain and update the internal Lab Tracker with real-time information. Create and manage accurate patient profiles in the system. Schedule lab appointments and coordinate with internal teams regarding lab-related updates. Ensure timely, accurate, and complete documentation of all lab-related activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree in any paramedics subject. 0 to 3 years of experience in related field. Basic understanding of medical terminology. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Good computer skills required. Prior experience in healthcare coordination or lab processes is an added advantage. Willingness to work regular night shifts (9:30PM to 6:30AM) and weekends if required. Candidates residing in or around Trivandrum are highly preferred.
