Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Associate to join our Finance/Sales team. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to financial and sales processes. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Qualifications and Required Skills
- Candidates with minimum 6 months of international voice experience will be given high priority.
- Candidates with Loans/Insurance sales experience can apply.
- Candidates with excellent communication skills/ interpersonal skills are only preferred.
- Candidates should be ready to work in night shifts.
- Candidates with US loan experience can apply.
- Candidates having Sales experience of any Financial product or service can apply.
- Processing financial transactions and maintaining financial records
- Reaching out to new sales leads over phone/email.
- Coordinating and following up with existing clients regarding deal queries and general relationship building.
- Assisting with the collection of payments and resolving payment discrepancies
- Coordinating with the sales team to gather sales data and update sales reports
- Supporting the finance/sales team in various administrative tasks
