As a Technical Writer, your role involves to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders to extract the inputs required to draft the documents, review with relevant stakeholders and get the sign-off. Also, you have to collaborate with process engineers and customer service teams, subject matter experts to establish the need and terms of terms of procedural changes . You have to serve as the conduit between the customer service, support teams, business units and develop procedures & processes.
