OB TITLE: Content Management Associate (Technical) EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 5 - 8 years LOCATION: Chennai JOB PURPOSE This position calls for an expert in the Computer Science/Information Technology/Data Science/Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and circuit domains with thorough knowledge and expertise in all aspects of Technical ability. She/he should have the strong ability to work with clients collaboratively understand their specific requirements and with internal team members. Should have a thorough understanding of the content provided (either developed or reviewed) and work with other possible stakeholders (SME) or teams on enhancing the framework/content developed. Should be highly Quality-oriented as the position requires someone who will commit to error-free quality work output. Should have strong attention to detail skills as their core part of the job involves proofreading the data entered content and thoroughly checking any missing content. • Oversee the continuing development of Computer Science/Information Technology/Data

Science/Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and circuit engineering assessments, including coordinating with experts to assist in the process of developing coding tasks especially in the dedicated coding platform.

• Manage SMEs who build extensive library of automated code assessments as well as circuit domain

assessments.

• Establish taxonomies needed for the development and interpretation of coding assessments as a

means of optimizing the value of information provided to employers, and the individuals being assessed.

• Design and create blueprints/frameworks for assessments based on requirements shared by end

users.

• Check the reliability and validity of content published for end users using statistical methods.
• Tracking and reporting on technical content availability and usage.
• Review of content procured by SME both from a language and technical aspect.

• Post Graduate in Computer Science/Information Technology/Data Science/Artificial Intelligence/

Machine Learning and circuit engineering domains with a strong academic background Minimum 3 years of experience in an associate/executive in similar role or teaching role at a College/GATE Preparation Coaching Institute.

• Proper understanding of different programming software\xe2\x80\x99s/subjects related to

diploma/undergraduate/postgraduate courses of Computer Science and its related domain.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning would be an additional advantage.
• Ability to handle projects and complete it on time.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Awareness of Basic Statistical Methods and how to employ them to yield reliability and validity of

items, Item Analysis.
