The CIB Service Improvement team performs proactive problem management, to prevent incidents around top themes. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, and implementing large thematic programs that solve the biggest, most complex technical problems causing CIB production incidents. Delivering programs at this scale requires strong collaboration with impacted application teams and senior leaders within Production Management, Application Development, Global Technology Infrastructure teams and other lines of Business. Thematic programs change based on emerging problem patterns and may be application and/or infrastructure related.
