The Public Relationship Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate partners, and the community to promote hospital services. This role focuses on
field marketing, personal visits, and direct communication

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct regular
personal visits to doctors
, clinics, and hospitals to introduce and promote hospital services.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with obstetricians, pediatricians, general physicians, nursing homes, and referral centers.
Explain hospital specialties, facilities, packages, and new services to potential referral doctors.
Coordinate and follow up on
doctor referrals
, admissions, and patient conversions.
Organize
CMEs, medical camps, awareness programs
, and hospital promotional events.
Maintain a database of doctors and track visit reports, feedback, and referral patterns.
Support Corporate & TPA activities by visiting companies, insurance partners, and agencies when required.
Handle patient-related queries from doctors and ensure smooth communication between hospital departments and external partners.
Identify new opportunities for business development and community outreach.
Prepare daily/weekly
field visit reports
and submit to management.
Ensure professional representation of the hospital during field interactions.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream; MBA (Marketing/Hospital Administration) preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hospital marketing or public relationship.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Knowledge of mother and child care services will be an advantage.
