What does the role entail You will play an active role in setting up and leading a best-in-class research team, ready for significant scaling up to 200 FTEs within 36 months You will design and execute a Americas coverage strategy for the firm Your role is centered around the following important topics: Research: you execute coverage roadmaps and ensure the highest quality standards of financial, market and business research on our platform Recruitment: you will hire our team of research analysts to meet the group\'s content targets Leadership and team management: you train, develop and motivate team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and personal and professional growth Strategic initiatives: you continuously identify and own improvement opportunities, both regionally and at the company level Technology: you identify and drive technical initiatives to automate our workflow even further After having more than doubled our ARR in 3 consecutive years, Gain.pro is now all about (international) scaling.
