About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and refined

Private Chef

to serve at the Powai residence of an

Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW)

family. The household consists of two elderly members who prefer light, wholesome, and well-balanced meals curated as per their nutritionist's guidelines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate discretion, professionalism, and exceptional culinary standards suited to a private household environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily as per the nutritionist-approved meal plan. Create varied, healthy menus that combine taste, nutrition, and presentation. Ensure high standards of hygiene and kitchen organization at all times. Manage ingredient sourcing and procurement, ensuring quality and freshness. Present meals with attention to plating, presentation, and table layout. Accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences as required. Coordinate closely with the family and household staff to ensure smooth meal service. Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and a professional demeanor at all times.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Private Chef or in fine dining establishments. Strong knowledge of multicuisine preparations (Indian, Continental, Asian, and healthy gourmet). Proven ability to create balanced and nutritious meal plans. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong focus on presentation and attention to detail. Must maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all culinary operations. Preference for candidates with formal culinary education (Hotel Management or Culinary Arts). Should be Mumbai-based or willing to commute daily (no accommodation provided).
