Purchase fresh, high-quality ingredients and maintain stock levels.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors for fresh produce, meats, and specialty items.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness.
3. Kitchen Hygiene & Maintenance
Maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times, following food safety and hygiene standards.
Sanitize cooking surfaces, equipment, and utensils daily.
Ensure all kitchen appliances are in good working condition and report any servicing needs.
4. Dietary Management
Create meals that meet specific dietary requirements (low-carb, diabetic-friendly, vegan, gluten-free, low-fat, etc.).
Track allergies or food restrictions and ensure strict adherence.
Provide healthy meal options that promote wellness and balanced nutrition.
5. Event & Guest Cooking
Prepare menus for small gatherings, family events, parties, or formal dinners.
Coordinate with household staff during events for smooth food service.

6. Administrative Tasks

Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal/Private Chef or in fine-dining kitchens.
Strong knowledge of various cuisines and modern cooking techniques.
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and last-minute meal requests.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of nutrition and dietary planning.
High level of professionalism, trustworthiness, and confidentiality.
Culinary degree/certification (preferred but not mandatory depending on expertise).
