Printing & Packaging Quality Executive
Job Description
: Building a strong production team [make ready, plating, ink, press etc] capable of sustaining and improving the operation. Aggressively deploy continuous improvement to establish daily, weekly, and monthly cadence, 6S, SOP\'s, Standard Work, and Process Improvement. Establish SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost] metrics to reduce and eliminate Waste and Variability. Reduce overall direct and indirect manufacturing cost and expense to improve Gross Profit. Provide the foundation and leadership to drive certification necessary to grow within our target markets [cGMP, ISO etc.] Drive Productivity throughout.
