Job Title: ServiceNow (SNOW) Developer (Principal Consultant) - 7+ Years Role: Principal Consultant Experience: 7+ years Location: IN - Bangaluru, Karnataka (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to support business processes and requirements.
• Experience on Configuration Management (CMDB), Integrations, Service Portal and Custom Application development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Develop ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and UI policies to automate and streamline processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and smooth operation.
• Perform system testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including designing and implementing complex solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including modules like IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Web Services.
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow data structures, tables, relationships, and security.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or similar, are a plus.
