JOB DESCRIPTION Experience - 8 to 12 years Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid) Translate and analyze business requirements, understand the different options and efforts, implement the preferred recommendations. Provide business model design services for development. Analyze and interpret requirements and prioritize them in alignment with process advisors and across the organization. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to analyze functional requirements and deliver artifacts such as: BRD, Test Cases, Interface Design. Provide L3 support to the Support Team and Vendor on problem identification for complicated production issues. You will work under minimal supervision and independently handle complex issues and escalate risks and issues to leadership. Coordinate and manage testing activities and deployments with business and vendor. Commodities Trading knowledge. Prior experiences with Agriculture Trading and Supply Chain is a bonus Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements Experience in developing integrated solutions involving process, data, and technology Ability to influence peers and leadership stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate both technical and business information effectively Note : Excellent communication required for the role.
