The Prime Video India team serves as the voice of our India customers, advocates on behalf of those customers, and delivers capabilities that allow us to acquire, engage, and retain more of them. Our mission is to ensure every internet-connected customer in the world can enjoy Prime Video. We accomplish this by continuously increasing the number of global customers who can: (1) discover PV via marketing that is tailored to their country and in their local language; (2) sign-up to the service in their local language; (3) pay in their local currency using the payment instrument or 3P subscription vendor of their choice; and (4) browse the service and watch content (via subtitles, dubbing, or OV) in their preferred language. We're looking for a seasoned Principal Technical Program Manager to drive execution of our Prime Video India roadmap to acquire and delight our India customers on multiple cross-team strategic initiatives. This role requires a high degree of executive maturity, a proven track record of delivering results, comfort with ambiguity, a strong ability to exert cross-org influence and a willingness to dive deep into technical details. This Principal TPM will interface directly with a dedicated set of Product Managers, Engineers and Designers, but will also work closely with cross-functional leaders across Amazon. As a Principal TPM on the Prime Video India team, you will have the opportunity to be a key contributor to all aspects of the product lifecycle, interfacing and influencing stakeholders from other orgs, to roadmap planning, tech designs/scoping, and execution/delivery. If you are hungry to work on projects that directly impact the end-user experience, but also require driving complex cross functional projects across verticals, you’ve found the right home. Additional qualifications: 1. Experience in defining new mechanisms and engagement models between teams where none exists. 2. Experience in managing tech, product and business stakeholders of programs. 3. Experience in influencing without authority to drive time critical, complex horizontal programs.

• Master’s degree in computer science and/or business administration
• Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions.
