The Opportunity The validation team in our Switching Group, develops, implements and analyses the execution and results of the silicon/system validation environment.

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a System Level Electrical Validation Engineer to join the growing post-silicon validation team in our Switching Group. You will be part of a team responsible for developing, implementing and analysing the execution and results of the silicon/system validation performed on a system designed to be as close as possible to an actual production system environment. You are expected to be fully hands-on with all the tasks of the team.

Key Qualifications:

1. Experience with scripting skills in one or more scripting/programming languages, Python is an advantage.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and lab experience.

3. Experience with high-speed IO (SerDes, DDR) validation, Memory, and Networking systems experience interfaces knowledge advantage.

4. Hand-on test and validation experience of analog/digital & signal/power integrity using lab equipment such as high-speed oscilloscopes, TDR/VNA, etc.

5. Strong test execution, results from the analysis, and debug.

6. Familiar with board CAD tools including Cadence & Allegro.

7. Mentor engineers on technical challenges.

Advantages:

1. Experience in test and debug at circuit level with excellent knowledge of analog and digital circuits.

2. Capable of implementing hardware test automation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 10-15 years of related professional experience.
Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of experience.
