We are looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer, Test Automation to join our engineering team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Software Development Engineering, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading a small team of QA engineers, including direct involvement in manual functional testing and test automation development
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Development, DevOps) to ensure quality throughout the SDLC, specifically contributing to test strategy planning, code review processes, and release/deployment coordination
• Managing feature testing and creating automation frameworks, with a proven record of significantly increasing team productivity

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Intermediate or higher level proficiency in Python and shell scripting
• 10+ years of experience in software development and Quality Assurance area
• Experience in building both API automation frameworks with Python, and UI automation with Selenium or Playwright
• Demonstrated proficiency in test planning and strategy development
• Should have good aptitude and analytical skills

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working in at least one cloud env e.g. AWS, Azure or GCP
• Experience working with container env such as docker, kubernetes
• Experience with at least one Cloud based CI/CD such as Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket or Jenkins
