Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)/. Any Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree Experience 2-4years managing similar set up (ideal) Or 2-4 years of retail / customer service / client servicing background Or Young mothers willing to get back to work, with a team handling experience and customer orientation Work Timings Weekdays \xe2\x80\x93 9 hours 2 Saturdays \xe2\x80\x93 half days Competencies & Skill Set v Good inter personal skills to handle parents and internal team. High level of customer orientation. v Should be able to handle walk ins and convert to admissions v Self driven and attention to detail v High sense of ownership and responsibility. v Problem solving ability and MUST be a team player v Possess working knowledge in Early Childhood Education v Must be Tech friendly, needs to know Ms Office with a flair for numbers v Ideally a mother Main Responsibilities v Responsible for entire Centre Operations and managing the team v Responsible for conversions and admissions v Single point of contact for parents and team v Mentor and coach the team v Responsible for Profit & Loss of Centre Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 935,000.00 - 942,000.00 per month Schedule:
