Job Description


  • 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner

Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior product leader to join the Amazon India Advertising team and own the measurement, tracking and improvement of Ad products. You will join a fast-paced team, work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our Ad products are create needle moving impact for IN Advertisement business.

The key responsibilities of this role, which spans across all Ads products include:
  • Track business and product metrics through dashboards and institutionalize mechanisms like WBRs to review the metrics
  • Identify metrics fluctuations and conduct deep dives with relevant teams
  • Review product performance and work with product teams to take joint goals to improve the same
  • Work with teams across IN and WW to review launches that may impact Ads business metrics and build a mitigation plan
  • Build product ideas and work with individual product teams to get those implemented
This is a highly visible role across IN and WW Ads teams. Leader in this role will be expected to interact with senior leaders across multiple teams, influence them without authority and deliver high business impacting results.
