We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary Principal to lead and manage the academic, administrative, and cultural functions of our institution. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of education, foster a positive learning environment, and align school operations with CBSE norms and modern teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the school

Ensure effective implementation of CBSE curriculum and guidelines

Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers

Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff

Promote innovtive and modern teaching methodologies

Maintain discipline and a positive school culture

Oversee academic planning, assessments, and student performance

Ensure effective communication with parents, staff, and management

Integrate technology into teaching and school management

Ensure compliance with education regulations and school policies

Eligibility & Qualifications

Post Graduation with B.Ed / M.Ed

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the education sector

Strong command of spoken and written English

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Competent in teaching at least three subjects

Tech-savvy with knowledge of digital tools in education

Well-versed with latest teaching methodologies

Efficient in classroom observations, feedback mechanisms, and CBSE-related work

Highly organized, adaptable, and disciplined
