Location/Division Specific Information Principal Analyst, Finance Systems will have experience in Oracle Cloud or onpremise implementation and support, specifically in Oracle Fusion PPM .As part of a global Financial Systems team, this role provides management and delivery of process improvement and Oracle projects together with global end-user support of PPD/CRG financial & planning applications. A day in the Life: Administers the development, implementation, integration, and efficient processing of the Oracle Cloud system, with an emphasis on Oracle PPM Suite (Project Billing, Project Costing). Any experience on Financials Suite (AP, AR, GL etc.) or EPM will be an added advantage. Provides project management, consultation, analysis, testing and implementation support for Finance projects including upgrades and enhancements. Provides consultative and technical support of the ERP system, interfaces, and integrations with other financial applications. Defines requirements and acts as a liaison between the end-users (various finance departments) and the Technology Organization to resolve technical issues and design new features and/or application solutions. Generates queries, develops reports, ensures data integrity, performs systems maintenance, and provides routine audits as required. Provide Oversight of Reporting Team and Data Requirements from the Business. Directs the development, implementation, and maintenance of all corporate financial systems. Develops complex financial models and systems specifications to support financial operations and provide decision-making support to senior leadership to achieve financial and business objectives related to finance systems technology. Keys to Success: Education Masters or Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science. Experience Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 10-15 years\') or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Oracle cloud or onpremise -PPM Implementation, upgrade, maintenance and support experience in Project Billing & Project Costing. Experience in other ERP areas (R2R, P2P, EPM cycles) is highly desirable but not mandatory. Any support experience in a large enterprise using Oracle ERP will be favorably considered. Knowledge of Oracle Financials, Oracle SQL, would be an advantage, as will familiarity with reporting tools and relational database concepts (such as SQL+ and MS Access). Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, Cloud BI Reporting Tools, Snowflake, Smartview etc. Proficient in writing SQL Queries and PL/SQL Coding. Prior experience leading a department or a large team and participating in AOP, Budgeting & Forecasting processes will be a plus. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Advanced understanding of finance systems. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, particularly executive levels of management. Ability to provide positive end-user support across a global ERP system and global end-users. Ability to develop and deliver training programs for financial applications. Demonstrated proficiency in office productivity applications (such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Vision) Strong business acumen with ability to understand complex organizational structures and environments Ability to identify, document and develop new processes that produce positive contributions to PPD profitability either through revenue growth or future expense avoidance. Knowledge with data mining or reporting tools and an understanding of relational database concepts Must be able to multi-task and provide close attention to detail while managing conflicting priorities. Ability to positively contribute to a team atmosphere and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as demonstrated by the ability to identify the source of a problem and determine the appropriate solutions resolve and prioritize sensitive problems. Demonstrated ability to independently and effectively organize and manage multiple projects with challenging timelines, resources, and budgets. Understanding of relational database concepts. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative. Ability to handle confidential data appropriately.
