Responsibilities

• Responsible for Physical Design activities by planning, delegating, monitoring of various tasks to meet project requirements
• Understand SoC requirements and implement the design to
• Drive DFT architecture \xe2\x80\x93 Scan, MBIST, Boundary scan
• Implementation
• Develop SCAN & MBIST Insertion flows, timing constraints, debug timing violations
• ATPG flow implementation catering to various fault models, test pattern generation
• SCAN , MBIST & BSCAN Pattern Simulation
• Solutions to test analog macros
• Post-Silicon bring-up/support
• Work with Evaluation/Test Engineering team to bring-up patterns on ATE
• Work on failure analysis as required
• Maintain DFT methodology to be in sync with latest best practices and technology in the industry
• Work closely with physical design team throughout the development cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 10+ years experience in DFT
• Must have experience in bringing at least 2 products to successful production from architecture phase to tapeout
• At least one of the tapeout in 28nm or lower nodes
• Expertise in at least 1 area of physical design
• Experience with EM/IR, LVS, DRC, ESD
• Experience in low power implementation using UPF/CPF
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are critical
• Scripting skills in Perl/Python/TCL and a good command over HDLs.
• Experience using Cadence digital implementation tools (Genus, Tempus) would be a bonus.
