Job Description
- Provide technical guidance in software design and development activities Collaborates with enterprise architect to set the architectural standards and guidelines Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements Provide support in all phases of SDLC and ensure to deliver high quality products Acts as a point of escalation for teams facing complex technical challenges Lead pair programming sessions and provide mentorship to other team members Solves technical problems of the highest scope, complexity and ambiguity Develops initial technical implementations involving complex architectural changes Heps scrum teams to accurately estimate the engineering work and helps them to make informed decision Recommend new technologies to ensure quality and productivity, Develop proof of concepts of New technologies for demonstration purpose
