Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Solution Architect/POD lead, High Radius

Seeking a talented, motivated individual who can excel in high growth environment. The Solution Architect role is a high impact position that will play a significant role in the continued growth and development.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Conduct and drive requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple customer stakeholders, keeping the customer focused on the end goal

\xc2\xb7 Conduct as-is and To-Be design sessions

\xc2\xb7 Own the Business process design and solution for a set of projects

\xc2\xb7 Conduct Demo sessions for client stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Develop a clear knowledge about the customers\xe2\x80\x99 current process and deliver the documented To-be solution documents and future processes

\xc2\xb7 Identify solution gaps and develop appropriate gap closure options

\xc2\xb7 Present and discuss the current processes, future state processes and solution options, recommendations, and implications/risks

\xc2\xb7 Directly interact with executives and stakeholders on the customers side to agree on the proposed design and achieve customer buy-in

\xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain strong relationships with product team, engineering teams and client SME\xe2\x80\x99s

\xc2\xb7 Able to effectively use the established frameworks in requirement gathering, design documentation and sign off

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 BE/B Tech/ MCA/BCA

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

\xc2\xb7 High experience in F&A domain (Experience in Order to Cash/ Accounts Receivable is a must)

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of High Radius tool

\xc2\xb7 Relevant experience as a Solution Architect/ Business Architect/ AR Analyst/ AR Manager or equivalent role demonstrating management and leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced consulting/professional services set-up

\xc2\xb7 Customer Interaction Skills

\xc2\xb7 Exposure to Integration Mechanism

\xc2\xb7 Goof Knowledge of SQL

\xc2\xb7 Excellent MS office skills

\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of ERPs like Oracle, SAP or SaaS solutions

\xc2\xb7 Good verbal and written communication skills, appropriate for Executive level communication
