Job Title: Python Developer with Machine Learning Operations (Principal Consultant) - 7+ Years Role: Principal Consultant Experience: 7+ years Location: IN - Bangaluru, Karnataka (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with a strong background in Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and to join our dynamic team. As a Python Developer, you will play a critical role in deploying and maintaining machine learning models and data-driven solutions. Your expertise in Python programming and MLOps will contribute to the success of our projects and drive innovation in our organization.
Responsibilities:

• 
  MLOps:
  • Work with Data Scientist to build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and management.
  • Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices for machine learning projects.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of machine learning systems into the overall infrastructure.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Python, machine learning, and data science technologies.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensure coding standards are followed, and promote best practices.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and domain experts.
  • Clearly communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in Python development, with a strong focus on machine learning and data science.
• Proven experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of MLOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty) are desirable.
