Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant \xe2\x80\x93 PPM Admin

We are looking for candidates who have a good experience in managing PPM Administration. Ideal candidates should have technical experience in Installation, upgrade, and configuration of MicroFocus PPM software. This key role demands a highly motivated individual with a strong background in Computer Science/ Software Engineering. You are meticulous, thorough and possess excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of our stakeholders. A self-starter you are up-to-speed with the latest developments in the tech world.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Configure a workflow and request type to support a moderate to complex business process.

\xc2\xb7 Create portlet reporting, including moderate to advanced complexity SQL and PL SQL.

\xc2\xb7 Do upgrades from version 8 to 9.6x both independently and as part of a team.

\xc2\xb7 Advanced capability in PL SQL, Oracle databases, integrations, interfaces.

\xc2\xb7 Engage with client for requirements gathering and input into technical configuration.

\xc2\xb7 Deliver technical configuration and tailor MicroFocus PPM software.

\xc2\xb7 Collate and upload data required for development, testing and deployment of the PPM application.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare associated documentation including technical specifications, installation guides and support documentation as defined in the project plan.

\xc2\xb7 Assistance in testing of the solution including test cases, testing and associated defect documentation.

\xc2\xb7 Implementation of defect fixes and change requests.

\xc2\xb7 Provide advice on the solution architecture with outside support from SA including associated integrations with PPM and other software products.

\xc2\xb7 Provide training to end users on PPM functionality as appropriate.

\xc2\xb7 Work collaboratively with colleagues and perform other duties as requested.

\xc2\xb7 Oracle Database installation/upgrade and administration.

\xc2\xb7 Weblogic / OHS - installation / upgrade and administration.

\xc2\xb7 Security patching on DB /OHS and WLS.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on basic Unix.

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of SSO / IDCS.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and written skills.

\xc2\xb7 Overall Good Experience in PPM Administration.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

\xc2\xb7 Experience in HP PPM Administration.

\xc2\xb7 MicroFocus PPM Software installation, upgrade and Integrations.
