Inviting applications for the role of [Principal Consultant, [Azure API Management Service Support SME]
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with development teams to integrate APIs into applications and services in Azure APIM
Maintain Azure APIM gateways and management platforms up & running.
Monitor and analyze API performance and usage metrics to optimize service efficiency.
Ensure the security and compliance of APIs, including authentication and authorization protocols.
Provide technical support and design documentation for API usage and best practices.
Develop APIM policies and protocols for API access and usage to maintain security and compliance.
Configuring OAuth 2.0 by using JWT token in Azure APIM
Integrating the Azure PaaS services like Function Apps, Logic Apps and Service bus with Azure APIM.
Developing the C# code by using Azure Functions as per the business integration perspective.
Managing the Azure APIM developer portal and giving access to the vendors depends on the requirements.
Transforming the source system data into JSON or XML format by using Azure Integration services.
Develop the CI/CD pipeline to automate the APIs into higher regions or environments.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
BE/ B Tech/ MCA
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proficient in API design and management tools (Azure API Management Service)
Strong understanding of security protocols and standards such as OAuth, JWT, and SSL/TLS.
Hands-On experience of integrating APIs with APIM service using Azure DevOps tool.
Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
Strong understanding of security protocols and standards such as OAuth, JWT, and SSL/TLS.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot API issues
