EVERSANA Data & Analytics (D&A) practice is growing rapidly. We are looking for a Principal, Commercial Analytics candidate to help support the rapid growth of the D&A commercial analytics vertical. Primary responsibilities include: Responsible for a leadership role in implementing EVERSANA D&A business vision and objectives to support the strategic development of the business Possess broad understanding of life sciences commercial analytics, as well as deep subject matter expertise in using predictive and AI/ML solutions in driving commercial outcomes Ability to assess market needs in life science industry and prioritize business opportunities for EVERSANA data & analytics Ability to own and build a book of business from $1M to $2M, and maintain P&L ownership Lead multi-client engagement teams - structure and build team capabilities to deliver innovative and effective solutions with high levels of client delight Oversee delivery of projects and product plans to ensure successful completion, on-time and within budget Play a lead role in business development, building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities with existing and new clients Engage closely with cross-functional EVERSANA teams to ensure D&A capabilities and solutions reach clients Take responsibility in development and management of external relationships (e.g., client, vendors, external experts) Lead development of proposals for new projects / commercial opportunities Play an active role in data & analytics practice development and build practice level intellectual capital Recruit new team members manage and coach junior team members and serve as a subject matter expert and thought partner to colleagues across EVERSANA Qualifications Demonstrated track record of success in leadership, planning and execution of diverse engagements in life sciences or healthcare industry (required) Strong experience in life sciences analytics and consulting services (required) Undergraduate degree with a relevant concentration (e.g., computer science, statistics, economics, operations research) (required) Advanced degree(s) (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD) (highly preferred) 10+ years of overall work experience with at least 5+ years of proven experience in applying data & analytics services in in life sciences (required) Established network of contacts and referrals with the life sciences industry (required) Experience at a top life sciences consulting firm (preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills excellent communication skills and ability to deal with unstructured real-world problems (required) Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills (required) Knowledge of key issues, trends and current developments in the pharmaceutical, medtech and healthcare industries (required) Knowledge of AI & ML and how to apply advanced analytics techniques to solve life sciences commercial challenges (highly preferred) Additional Information OUR CULTURAL BELIEFS: Patient Minded I act with the patient\'s best interest in mind.
