Overview As a Presentation Specialist in the Presales team, you will be working closely with content specialists and sales managers to help develop impactful, engaging client presentations and marketing collateral such as flyers and brochures to support business development efforts. Please note : We are a remote-first organization so you can work from anywhere in India. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with sales, account management, delivery, and other teams to develop persuasive pitch decks, capabilities presentations, etc. Transform generic, text-heavy presentations into more visually engaging, concise, and interactive experiences Develop meaningful graphic elements to be used in client presentations and in flyers and brochures Edit objects and points, import and format Excel and Word data, work with paragraph parameters, and be able to recreate or align a style over entire PowerPoint report Produce documents with total accuracy and quality within the specified time frame Carryout spell check and take care of formatting, layout, and any other details to ensure an error-free presentation Qualifications and Prerequisites A Bachelors/Master\'s degree Excellent PowerPoint skills, with 1-2 years\' experience in creating client presentations Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator Excellent English communication skills, oral and written Additional Information CACTUS is a culture-driven company powered by its people, their passion, and their inspiration.
