In a nutshell, the global customer experience team plays a crucial role in acquiring clients and driving them to harness the full potential of our wide range of deliverables, while positioning Frost & Sullivan as a Growth Pipeline Company. Overview Design and develop presentations according to the Frost guidelines. Visualize/conceptualize contents and present them clearly and concisely either to the internal or external team and create visually stunning documents. Responsibilities Will include, but not be limited to the following- Responsible for designing, producing, and updating PowerPoint & Word documents based on company brand/style guidelines. Work closely with the team head to understand client instructions and deliver the final product. You would be working on the critical and important client facing documents managed by the consultants. Creating visually appealing presentations with an element of creativity where required by the client. Accept feedback and make changes and improvements if required. Quality-check the document thoroughly to ensure no errors. Manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Expected to deliver consistent and high-quality work. You must have the sensibility to understand customer needs and provide corresponding service. Ability to articulate and communicate concepts and ideas. Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are heeded. Develop excellent quality content. Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience. Qualifications We\'re looking for candidates who- 3-5 years of experience as a presentation specialist, graphic designer or visual designer. Advanced knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Word). Expertise working with Adobe (Illustrator & Photoshop). Enthusiasm to deliver the best and push yourself until you are happy with the output. A bachelor\'s degree. Good communication skills are coupled with interpersonal skills. Are Well-organized and detail-oriented. Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision. Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Are disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards. Is a strategic thinker understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business.
