Job Description
Responsibilities: ~ Would Be Responsible for Database / Cold Calling and Tele Counselling and Lining-up Walk-ins in the Office, Etc. Following Up on Client Leads for Sale of Properties. ~Responsible for Handling Clients Inquiries and Servicing Customer\'s Needs. Be An ~Expert on Issues of Real Estate Industry, Prices, Competitors, Market Conditions Etc. ~Maintain and Progress an Active Sales Pipeline of Prospect Clients. Contribute to the ~Major Goals of the Company in Uplifting Sales/revenues. Maintain Quality Service by Establishing and Enforcing Organization Standards. Collaborate with Team to Achieve Better Results. _ Requirements: _ ~Any Graduate - Any Specification or 12th Pass with Experience. ~1 to 2 Years of Proven Experience as a Sales Executive or Relevant Role. Real Estate Industry Knowledge or Relevant Experience. ~Proficiency in English (both Oral and Written). Excellent Knowledge of MS Office. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 45 per week Salary: 94,000.00 - 910,000.00 per month Benefits:
