Responsibilities:Hiring For IT Infrastructure Presales Solution Architect.- Experience In IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and goals.- Solution Design: Develop comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions that address client needs, leveraging Mindsprint's products and services.- Proof of Concept (PoC): Create and present PoC demonstrations to validate proposed solutions and showcase their capabilities.- Technical Proposals: Work with the sales team to develop detailed technical proposals, including solution architectures, implementation plans, and cost estimates.- Team Sizing: Assess project requirements and determine the appropriate team size and skill sets needed to deliver the solution effectively.- Financial Proposals: Develop financial proposals, including cost estimates and pricing strategies, to ensure solutions are both competitive and profitable.- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring they understand Mindsprint's offerings and can effectively address customer inquiries.- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to present solutions, answer technical questions, and build strong relationships.- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure Mindsprint's solutions remain competitive and innovative.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Solution Architect or similar role in Pre-Sales.- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco, VMware) are a plus.
