The pre-sales engineer will be responsible for designing Server solutions for potential customers, and will have knowledge of the Server infrastructure Which Comprises of Servers, Storage such as SAN and NAS, HCI Infrastructure, Virtualization, Cloud Computing (AWS & Azure), and enterprise server systems such as AD Server, File Server, Antivirus Server, Proxy Server, DLP System, Email System such as Office 365 & MS Exchange, and Backup System such as Veritas, Veeam, EMC, Acronis and Others. The role requires extensive knowledge of Server topologies and technologies and demands the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.


Act as the Design Engineer for all sales opportunities in the below areas,

• Server
• Storage
• Backup
• Virtualization
• Microsoft Windows Servers
• Email Server
• Proxy Server
• Database Servers
• Antivirus Server

• Provide trusted technical advice and recommendations to customers and colleagues alike. Influence, persuade and negotiate with senior stakeholders in member and customer organizations.
• Engage with sales team to support pre-sales activities.
• Develop excellent working relationships with partner organisations to ensure effective collaboration in responding to customer needs.
• Act as the technical adviser to project teams, colleagues and customers providing specialist technical expertise of the highest level
• Must prepare design documents professionally in Microsoft office applications & MS Visio
• Must do Site survey onsite to check customer Server environments and understand and propose solutions accordingly.

Education, Skills and experience required Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma or Bachelor\'s/College Degree in IT, Computer Science or Others with Technical training in the field of Computer Systems and Servers.
Certifications in Servers would be a Value Add. Certification like MCSE, MCSA, AWS Solution Architect, Azure Certification, VMWARE Certifications would be a value add.

• 5+ year(s) of working experience in the field of computer systems and Servers.
• Must Possess experience of atleast 4 Years in Computer Systems and Server Solution Designing, implementation and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication in English \xe2\x80\x9cVerbal/Written\xe2\x80\x9d.
• Excellent Documentation Skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Should be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint & Visio).
