Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and propose tailored cyber security solutions.
Conduct technical presentations, product demos, Proof of Concept (PoC), and solution walkthroughs.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and prepare solution documentation and pricing proposals.
Map client pain points to specific cyber security technologies such as SIEM, DLP, Endpoint Security, Firewalls, Zero Trust, etc.
Provide detailed solution architecture and design support during the sales cycle.
Stay current with the latest security threats, technologies, and trends.
Maintain strong knowledge of vendor products (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco, Sophos,
Work closely with product, delivery, and support teams to ensure smooth handover post-sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical support in the Cyber Security domain.
Strong understanding of cyber security architectures, frameworks, and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
Hands-on experience with tools like firewalls, antivirus, SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR, VPNs, etc.
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Preferred Certifications (any of the following):
CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CCSP, Palo Alto, Sophos, etc.
Vendor-specific technical certifications are a plus.
