Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Composer: Schedule appointments for interested clients to connect with our real estate sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from initial interest to active engagement.
  • Relationship Symphony: Build and nurture positive relationships with potential clients, cultivating a sense of trust and confidence in our real estate offerings.
  • Market Insight Virtuoso: Stay informed about the real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings, providing valuable insights to potential clients.
  • Follow-Up Choreographer: Conduct timely follow-up calls with leads to address any additional questions, concerns, or provide further information, maintaining a consistent line of communication.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with potential clients in our CRM system, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each lead\'s status.
  • Feedback Conduit: Gather feedback from potential clients regarding their preferences, objections, and suggestions, providing valuable insights to enhance our real estate offerings.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
