Role Description The Presales Consultant is responsible for supporting the sales team in the pre-sales process by understanding customer needs, creating proposals and presentations, and demonstrating the value proposition of Xpedeon\'s integrated solution stack. This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai. Roles & Responsibilities:- His/her responsibilities would include the following: Build strong customer relationships through displaying strong business acumen, integrity, and credibility. Understand and identify customer\'s challenge areas, sales opportunities, and strategic goals. Assist in providing a path toward operational excellence and improvement. Prepare and perform compelling presentations and product application demonstrations. Ensure achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction through providing support to sales in: How solution maps to the customer\'s business issues/needs and solves problems and generates benefits for their business. Identifying opportunities for customers where Xpedeon can further improve efficiency, cost savings and other benefits in their current business. Providing demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation and sales support services for the Sales team and clients. Conducting user requirement analyses and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products/services to fulfill customer needs for selected accounts. Undertaking tasks requiring product analysis, diagnosis and problem solving, qualifying the product/service fit and defining support needs. Lead in discussing the products and solutions, articulating the value proposition; deliver billable elements. Lead in understanding new and developing products and services in Xpedeon and disseminating information to the Business Unit and the Sales Team. Ensure good hand over from Sales to PSS/Delivery, and that PSS/Delivery understands solution and customer\'s reports/ outcome. Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include a bachelor\'s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related fields. Experience with ERP implementation, knowledge of the construction industry, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software are also desired. Key Skills Original/creative thinking and superior problem-solving abilities. Exceptional project management, consulting, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate discussion with senior client teams and stakeholders at varying levels. Demonstrated success in building credibility with clients. Demonstrated quantitative analysis skills. Experience 6-8 years of relevant Sales or ERP software experience, including 4 years in Pre-sales role. Adept at Microsoft and Google tools Extensive knowledge of the respective industry including manufacturing/supply chain best practices.
