JOB DESCRIPTION:Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and craft tailored solutions- Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, and responses to RFPs/RFIs- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and product/solution demos- Coordinate with internal teams (delivery, engineering, OEMs) for solution building- Maintain and update pre-sales documents, use-cases, and templates- Ensure solution alignment with client's technical and business needs- Support handover to delivery post-deal closureRequirements:- 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales/solution consulting role- Experience in preparing proposals for IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services- Strong understanding of solutioning concepts and customer pain points- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills- Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders- Knowledge of SI/OEM partnership models is a plus- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a proactive team playe (ref:updazz.com)
