About the Job
Candidate will be working as a Lead Pre-primary teacher handling one of the Montessori sections of ages 3-5 years at Firstep. The job profile would majorly consist of following responsibilities -
- Creating and Implementing innovative Montessori focused lesson plans under purview of the Montessori coordinator
- Communicating with parents on regular basis regarding individual class student's development in various aspects
- Maintaining development records for individual class student's on weekly basis
- Attending Montessori training on-job in case of lack of Montessori certification/experience
- Functioning hours of 8:00am - 2:00pm;Profile of candidate required
- Min. NTT / Bed. / BA qualified; Ideally Montessori trained
- Preferred experience 2-5 years, fresher can be considered as assistant teachers
- An enthusiast educator with flawless English communication skills
