Premier Relationship Manager- 811
Experience: 1-4 years in Retail Liabilities Sales
Locations: Hyderabad & Bangalore
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Grade: Deputy Manager Role Overview
The Premier Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring and growing a portfolio of premium 811 customers. The role focuses on relationship management, CASA acquisition, cross-selling of banking and investment products, and delivering a superior customer experience while driving sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Manage and deepen relationships with 811 premium customers.
Acquire CASA accounts and increase balances through proactive engagement.
Cross-sell banking and third-party products, including:
Savings & Current Accounts
Term Deposits
Insurance & Investment Products
Conduct customer meetings, follow-ups, and need-based solution selling.
Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
Adhere to KYC, AML, and internal compliance guidelines. Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
Experience in BFSI sales, relationship management, CASA acquisition, or retail banking sales.
Field sales or direct sales experience preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
