Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and referrals.
Maintain accurate lead details in CRM/Excel.
Customer Engagement
Explain real estate project details (location, pricing, amenities, specifications) clearly to customers.
Understand customer requirements and guide them towards suitable property options.
Build rapport and maintain professional customer interaction.
Pre-Sales Coordination
Schedule site visits for prospective customers and coordinate with the sales team.
Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to Sales Executives/Managers.
Maintain communication with customers until handover to sales team.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Update CRM/lead tracker regularly.
Share feedback on lead quality and customer requirements with Marketing & Sales teams.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication skills in English & Tamil (additional languages will be an advantage).
Good telephone etiquette and customer handling ability.
Confidence in presenting project details to customers.
Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho/Hubspot/MS Excel).
Prior experience in
real estate pre-sales / customer handling / telecalling
will be preferred.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Daily calls & follow-ups.
Number of site visits scheduled.
Lead conversion ratio (Lead ? Site Visit ? Closure).
Accuracy of MIS reports.
Customer satisfaction in pre-sales interaction.
