Brief:

We are seeking a highly-skilled tech leader with a storied history in the technological sector. The tech leader will be a part of the core team, and will be responsible for making technology decisions on behalf of the company, including managing a technology budget, hiring the team and making investments to align the company with its vision for its technological needs. You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development.

Description:

We are looking for a Tech Leader who will be working on developing our product (design, test, release, and support). You'll lead the tech department.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for outlining the company's technological vision, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company business needs

- Own the technology strategy to support business growth, new launches, and features development

- Review and revise product specifications and design and drive innovation in full-stack product development, while relentlessly improving performance and scalability

- Make infrastructure decisions, ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety and soundness, resiliency and scalability in the architecting and engineering of product solutions, as well as managing all technical delivery

- Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform the success of each release and plan iterations accordingly

- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape

- Developing and implementing data protection and quality assurance processes

- Monitor & Maintain IT budgets and Infrastructure

- Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.

- Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.

- Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards

Requirements and Skills

- 4-8 years of experience in development of technology solutions for start-ups, of which minimum 2 years as a technology lead or senior technology role.

- Knowledge about full stack development and end-to-end management of technology solutions

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making skills

- Strong grasp on latest innovations in technology and a confidence to design and build a world class technology architecture that is scalable, secure, and stable to handle large and rapidly growing transaction volumes.

- Good knowledge of Data Structure, Algorithms and Database Management System.

- Experience in architecting & building real-time, large-scale applications.

- Exposure to the cloud technology environment of AWS, GCP and Work-experience in the AI ML and blockchain would be a bonus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills articulate and able to communicate effectively at all levels
