Job Description

:

Practice Manager is a working manager or working manager of manager who is accountable for the overall performance of the team and its team members.

The Practice Manager is accountable for all aspects of delivery (Operations/ Technology) to ensure customer and client satisfaction. This includes planning and managing the work, empowering the team, monitoring and summarizing progress, managing and serving as an escalation point for risks.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Client Delivery
  • Financial Management
- Tracks and improves productivity and utilization

- Collaborates with global team in realization of capacity gains

- Manages global sourcing efforts; executes client-specific Global Sourcing plans

- Owns / Supports initiatives focused on effort/cost reduction and have overall impact on organization financials

- Manage discretionary spend as per plan
  • Change Management:
- Identies and understands the change. Plans and prepares self and the team to navigate for effective implementation of change

- Effectively communiucates thorugh the change management process and reinforces behaviors toward the desired state

- Sustains the change through identified metrics, assigned ownership, and a procedure for monitoring and addressing slippages
  • Stakeholder and Relationship Management:
- Develops strong working relationships with Business leaders and works closely on development and achievement of strategic objectives.

- Displays strong business acumen to address escalations with business stakeholders, and facilitates an open, constructive dialogue with stakeholders on key issues and risks.

- Utilizes strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate at multiple levels of the organization and with external partners, both technical and business aligned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Mandatory Health domain experience.
  • 9.5+ years of experience (and demonstrated competence, depth, and breadth) of complex system development experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of People Management Expereince for external candidates
  • Intermediate understanding of North America regulatory and legislative knowledge is desirable - For External Candidates
  • Open to work in flexible shifts as per business needs
