Job Description

Bachelor's degree in technical discipline such as computer science or engineering, or equivalent work experience
4+ years relevant experience in SAP SD.
Hands on experience in SAP SD (Order to Cash) with integration knowledge to MM, FI, CO. Expert level subject matter knowledge, from both an SAP prospective as well as a business POV.
Good knowledge about SD Business Processes: Contracts, Sales Order, Delivery Processing, Shipment processing, Billing, Credit/Debit Memo Processing, Sales Returns (ARM), Free of charge delivery, STO, Intercompany Sales, Drop Shipments, rebates processing and free goods determination.
Configuration: Sales Document Types (Sales Order, Delivery, and Billing), Item category, Pricing Procedure and Pricing Conditions types, Output type Settings & Determination, Customer Master Data Settings, Partner Function and Partner function determination, Copy Control, Shipping Point determination.
Ability to debug abap code when analyzing issues
Experience with electronic document compliance solutions within SAP is a plus
Experience with S4 HANA is a plus
Strong problem solving and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize and resolve complex business issues
Knowledge of batch job monitoring and Idoc processing
Experience working with global teams
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
Able to work with minimal supervision
