About the Role:
We are looking for a Creative Head who can lead all our design and creative work. You will be responsible for planning and creating visual content for our brand -- from social media to events, videos, print materials, and more. If you are full of ideas, have a strong design sense, and can lead a creative team, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall visual and creative direction of the brand
Plan creative campaigns for marketing, social media, and events
Guide and manage a team of designers, video editors, and freelancers
Review and approve all creative designs before final delivery
Ensure all designs follow the brand's look, feel, and quality
Work with other teams (marketing, content, events) to bring ideas to life
Think of new and fresh visual ideas to keep the brand exciting
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in design or creative roles
Strong portfolio showing branding, social media, or campaign work
Good knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
Leadership skills - ability to guide and inspire a team
Strong eye for design, layout, color, and storytelling
Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Clear communication and a positive attitude
