Responsibilities: # Help design and pilot the AI and ML based products and services # Lead large proof-of-concepts for the client s business # Establish best practices for end-to-end machine learning development process including data engineering thr ough model preparation, training, and deployment. # Execute application of statistical and data mining techniques on large, unstructured data sets to identify trends, figures, and other relevant information. # Lead conversations with clients to effec tively integrate and communicate analysis findings. # Evaluate emerging datasets and technologies and help define analytic platform. # Contribute to thought leadership through research and publication. # Guide and manage project teams of Associates A ssociate Consultants. Requirements: # 15 years of overall IT experience # B.E B.Tech MS in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. PhD is a plus # 4 years of experience with developing solutions usi ng machine learning, operation research and pattern searching methods on large scale data. # Experience in different programming languages such as Python, R, Spark & SQL expert # Deep understanding of statistical models like hierarchical models, sto chastic models, time series, survival, and econometric models # Strong experience in working with any one or two packaged cloud solutions such as Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI, AWS Sagemaker, Watson etc. # Solution experience on end-to-end life cycle fromi dentifying business case till deploying ML into production. # Strong experience in handling variety of data formats (Structured, unstructured & semi-structured) and various data stores (object storage, RDBMS, NoSQL, Distributed database, Datawarehous e etc.) # Experience with mlops tools & engineering automation. # Knowledge of data and visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau # Experience of being hands-on in various technologies and do PoCs when needed to determine solution fitments of design choices and architectural decisions # Self-driven, self-motivated, fast learner, problem-solving attitude and possessing good communication skills to drive consensus, resolve conflicts and manage expectations .
