Job Description

Production Planning:

Develop and implement production schedules, considering demand forecasts, production capacity, and resource availability.

Inventory Management:

Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts and excess inventory, ensuring timely availability of materials and finished goods.

Material Requirements Planning (MRP):

Analyze production plans and generate material requirements for procurement.

Supplier Coordination:

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and monitor supplier performance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, production, and procurement, to ensure smooth operations.

Data Analysis:

Analyze production data, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and make informed decisions.

Reporting:

Prepare and present reports on production performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.

Inventory Accuracy:

Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation.
