Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms. The role involves running targeted campaigns, generating high-quality leads for the sales team, and ensuring strong ROI across diverse B2C industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping). Manage social media ad accounts and publish engaging ad creatives/content aligned with campaign objectives. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with insights to improve ROI. Collaborate with the sales/calling team to ensure effective lead flow and alignment with project requirements. Research competitor ad strategies and suggest innovative improvements. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in B2C performance marketing.

Requirements:

1-4 years of experience in paid advertising/digital marketing, preferably in B2C industries. Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads. Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and campaign tracking tools. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, lead generation funnels, landing pages, and CRM tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and creative problem-solving mindset. Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
