Position: PPC Manager

Job Requirement:

BE/B.Tech / Mechanical Qualified professional with 7+ years of experience
Good Communication, Behavioural, presentation, analytical and team management skills and Leadership.
Candidates from Auto Component, Auto Ancillary, Automobile/ Mech Engineering can be preferred.

Job Role:

Coordinate with other functions such as Purchase, to ensure RM availability, as well as reduction in inventory holding cost
Prepare short term (fixed) and medium term (tentative) detailed production plan, by part number, shift, machine station, based on material / man availability, and delivery schedule
Ensure effective and timely planning to maximise utilisation of man / machine capacity, and designed to meet customer expectations on delivery dates
Monitor and track man / machine productivity assumption used in plan, against standard and achieved
Ensure timely and accurate visibility of \'plans vs actuals\', along with pointers of what\'s gone wrong and recommendation of solutions to recoup production losses
Study trends of variations and any underlying correlations with a view to provide strong insights on man / machine/ material
Provide leadership, direction, training (skill development) and mentoring to team members
