1. Min Education Qualification - BE/B.Tech or Diploma Mechanical 2. Minimum work experience - 5 to 7 years as PPC manager in Castings/Manufacturing unit in Punjab Overall production & Planning f or Investment Castings/CNC machining unit at Khanna/Mandi Gobindgarh Advisory role for operations and to identify potential / specific problems, analysis it and suggest corrective and preventive action plan required by the operation team. Maintain the proper discipline in the working floor. Discuss the proper production planning on daily basis with supervisors. Check daily production achievement card in which to check the proper utilization of man, machine and method. Check daily stage inspection cards and take necessary action against the reported non conformity. Discuss the casting and machining rejection status with concerned shop supervisors and with inspection wing. Involve in the improving of Cpk value by conducting a quality circle meeting with workers/ inspectors/ supervisors to ensure Product Output is within specifications defined by the customers(1.67 to 2.00 CpK value or more) Notify changes to their respective groups and ensure that product or process shall be approved prior to implementation, including evaluation of potential effects on product-safety from process and product changes Also ensure that the transfer of requirements with regard to product safety throughout the supply chain, including customer-designated sources Check and ensure product traceability by manufactured lot (at a minimum) throughout the supply-chain. To dispatch material as per the monthly / weekly dispatch plan/customer DI (daily Inward). Coordination with logistic team. Maintaining minimum stock levels at customer end & FG Store as prescribed by clients/local representative Arranging of transport for deliveries Involvement in management of 4M change & TPM. Preparation of KRA statements. Preparation of all reports related to IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
