Proven experience as a Press Operator or similar role, with a strong understanding of printing processes and machinery operation
Technical knowledge of printing equipment and processes, with demonstrated ability to perform maintenance and troubleshooting
Ability to work independently, show initiative, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct quality issues
Able to lift and move heavy materials, stand for long periods of time, and work in a hot and noisy environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent, with a vocational or technical degree in printing technology or related field, being an added advantage
