Mechanical maintenance & Electrical maintenance of all the machines.
2. Preparation and sustaining ISO documentation- Breakdown and preventive maintenance.
3. Troubleshooting regularly electrical and mechanical errors.
4. Vendor development for parts of different machineries.
5. Self-calibration of portable tools like grinders, HV meter, welding machine, etc.
6. Noting down daily electrical reading for tracking power consumption.
7. Power quality control to ensure that less electrical consumption is achieved.
8. Process implementation in department for maintenance.
9. Preparing Breakdown response and report.
10. Preventive maintenance planning, execution, and report.
11. Investigating and Preparing report for malfunction in machine.
12. Calibration in power press, PLC base machines.Job Type: Regular / PermanentSalary: ?10,389.55 - ?34,110.53 per monthSchedule:
